Technical Description of "Mobile Boarding Bridge" 8-ton Mobile Waiting Bridge
 

登车桥用于无法安装装卸货平台或折叠桥的场所，它无需要求建筑物有固定月台，也不需要做特殊的准备工作。


The boarding bridge is used in places where loading and unloading platforms or folding bridges cannot be installed. It does not require a fixed platform for buildings, nor does it require special preparations.
 

当登车桥手动或者用配有安全系统的液压系统打开后，用叉车将它移至卡车位置，使坡道降低直至接触到车厢底部。


When the boarding bridge is opened manually or with a hydraulic system equipped with a safety system, it is moved to the truck position with a forklift to lower the ramp until it reaches the bottom of the carriage.


装卸货完成后，再次提起坡道，将其移至保存的地方。


After loading and unloading, lift the ramp again and move it to the place where it is kept.


登车桥可以更换更加适合低温使用的油（最低-50℃）。


The boarding bridge can be replaced with more suitable oil for low temperature use (minimum - 50 C).


登车桥符合既定的规范和EN1398的相关标准。


The boarding bridge conforms to the established specifications and the relevant standards of EN1398.


电机采用工业门专用电机(德尔），每台电机配备一个控制盒，三键开关。


The motor adopts industrial door motor (Dell), each motor is equipped with a control box and three-key switch


遥控器采用自选码设计，重复概率为1/1600兆，200米内遥控。手动/遥控（双控）


The remote controller is designed with optional codes. The repetition probability is 1/1600 Mb and the remote control is within 200 meters. Manual/remote control (dual control)


轨道采用2mm厚热镀锌钢板成型压制而成，C型轨道 副轨高度为10.5m，确保门体运行平稳。


The track is made of 2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, and the height of C-type track accessory rail is 10.5 m, which ensures the smooth operation of the door body.


扭簧采用计算机设计扭簧平衡系统，可保持门体运动平稳、开启顺畅


The balance system of torsion spring is designed by computer, which can keep the door moving smoothly and open smoothly.


弹簧材料为60Si2Mn，油淬火材料，循环使用寿命达30 000次以上


The spring material is 60Si2Mn and oil quenching material. Its cycle life is over 30,000 times.


密封条为底部U型密封条，侧部和顶部为快速嵌入式密封条


The sealing strip is U-shaped at the bottom and fast embedded at the side and top.


提升方式包括：标准提升方式、高位提升方式及垂直提升方式


The lifting modes include standard lifting mode, high lifting mode and vertical lifting mode.


可选配置包括：采光窗、通行小门、电机、手动链轮、安全气囊及装卸平台互锁开关等
