1、将门扇竖起于洞口中各部位调整至需求尺度，门扇坚持笔直。


1. Adjust the portal fan to the requirement scale by erecting it in all parts of the entrance, and keep it straight.
 

2、将上下门轴开始点焊于洞口预埋件及门扇边梃上，装置时应保证上下门轴在同一垂线上，不然门扇开批发关阻力大易损坏门轴，开始点焊后在保证厂房提升门不会倾覆的情况下，试手动开关门扇，应能灵敏转变无阻滞，再将门轴焊牢。


2. Start spot welding the upper and lower door shafts on the entrance embedded parts and the side panels of the door fans. When installing the device, the upper and lower door shafts should be guaranteed to be on the same vertical line. Otherwise, the resistance of the wholesale closing of the Daqing stacked door will easily damage the door shafts. After starting spot welding, when the door fans are guaranteed not to overturn, try to manually switch the door fans. The door shafts should be able to change sensitively without blockage, and then weld the door shafts firmly.


3、将电动开门机装置到位，开门机连杆与门扇联合好。将电插销装置于门扇边梃上，调整至开关门扇后能将门扇锁住为好。


3. Put the electric door opener in place, and combine the connecting rod of the door opener with the door fan. It is better to adjust the electric pin device on the side panel of the door to lock the door after switching the door fan.


4、按门型尺度需求，将门扇中缝及附近密封胶条调整好，作到门扇封闭时缝隙能被胶条封严。


4. According to the requirement of door size, adjust the middle seam of the door and the sealant strip nearby. When the door is closed, the seam can be sealed by the strip.

5、电气操控箱装于室内便于维修之处。开门机和电插销装置应契合电气装置规程需求，妥善接好维护地线保证设备及人身安全。

6、查验各有关有些契合需求之后，接通电源按动操控按钮，重复调整行程开关，作到门扇到位后能中止运转。
